Zikra, a self-proclaimed 'Lady Don' with ties to a gangster's family, is implicated in the murder of a 17-year-old. Arrested previously for Arms Act violations and social media displays of firearms, she allegedly groomed a gang of minors for criminal activities. Nine individuals, including two minors and the main accused, Sahil, have been apprehended.
