Delhi 'classroom scam': ACB alleges semi-permanent structures billed at RCC rates, project given to contractors linked to AAP

The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has filed a case against Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain, alleging a Rs 2,000 crore scam in the construction of over 12,000 classrooms during the AAP government's tenure in Delhi. The ACB invoked the Prevention of Corruption Act, alleging criminal breach of trust and conspiracy.
