Khalistani operative, 2016 Nabha jail break fugitive held in Bihar

In a coordinated effort, the NIA and Motihari police apprehended Khalistani separatist Kashmir Singh Galwaddi, also known as Balbir Singh, in Motihari. Galwaddi, a key associate of BKI terrorist Harwinder Singh Sandhu, had been evading arrest and was wanted in connection with a 2022 terror conspiracy case.
