Swiss bank major UBS to shift 1,000 tech job roles from Mumbai to Hyderabad

UBS is consolidating its India operations by shifting approximately 1,000 tech roles from Mumbai to Hyderabad by the end of 2025. The company aims to expand its Hyderabad workforce to 3,500-4,000 while stabilizing its overall India headcount around 20,000 by 2026.
