NEET UG 2025 scam: CBI arrests two for running Rs 87.5 lakh exam score-fixing racket, no NTA involvement found

The CBI has apprehended two individuals from Maharashtra for allegedly scamming NEET UG 2025 aspirants. They falsely promised to manipulate exam scores in exchange for hefty sums, claiming connections within the NTA. Meeting parents in Mumbai, they demanded ₹90 lakh per candidate, later negotiating to ₹87.5 lakh.
