Sunday, 22 June 2025 () N Muthamizh Selvi from Tamil Nadu achieved a historic feat by conquering Mount McKinley, completing the 'Seven Summits' challenge. Facing extreme conditions, including a severe storm, she narrowly escaped death. Supported by the Kerala government and aided by the Indian Embassy, she reached the base camp after an arduous 18-hour trek.
