Sinha promises jobs to eligible kin of all Kashmiri civilians killed by terrorists within 30 days
Sunday, 29 June 2025 () Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha pledged government jobs for eligible, unemployed members of Kashmiri families who lost loved ones to terrorism in the last three decades. This initiative aims to acknowledge the victims of Pakistan-backed terrorism and provide justice to the affected families.
“Peace at last!” — that’s the sentiment echoed by Kashmiri leaders as India and Pakistan agreed to a land, sea, and air ceasefire, effective from 5 PM today. The breakthrough comes after days of intense hostilities, sparked by the deadly Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 civilians. In response to a wave of Pakistani drone strikes, India launched Operation Sindoor, targeting nine terror bases in Pakistan and PoK. While explosions rocked both sides this morning, Kashmiri voices are now calling for peace and praising strong action against terror networks.
