Simone Tata, mother of Noel Tata, is critically ill at Breach Candy Hospital. She was flown from Dubai to Mumbai. Doctor Farokh Udwadia is attending to her. Simone, 95, has Parkinson's symptoms. She transformed Lakme into a famous brand. She created Westside after Lakme's sale. She managed Tata's consumer businesses for four decades. Noel succeeded Ratan at Tata Trusts.
