Actor Maniesh Paul's trainer has revealed a massive and intense weight loss journey of the actor for his new project Rafuchakkar. The movie was released on June 15. In a long post, Praveen Nair has spoken about the challenges they faced to make sure Paul fits into the character he played on screen.
