UK records a fourth death linked to a storm that battered northern Europe

A storm in northern Europe has claimed a fourth life in Britain, as a woman in her 80s was found dead in her home in Chesterfield due to flooding. The storm, named Babet, has brought gale-force winds, heavy rain, and sea surges to the region. In total, at least five people have died in the storm, with two individuals swept away by floodwaters and one killed by a falling tree. Flooding has caused evacuations and disruptions to road and rail travel in central and northern Britain.
