Hungary needs to change the EU, not leave it: PM Viktor Orban

Hungarian prime Minister Viktor Orban has called for a change in the current European Union (EU) model built in Brussels, rather than completely abandoning it. Orban reiterated his opposition to starting talks with Ukraine about its EU membership, stating that Ukraine is far from meeting EU standards. He also expressed his resistance to the EU's strategy of settling migrants in Hungary. Orban's government has been at odds with Brussels over EU funds frozen due to democratic concerns.
