Nato head says violence in Kosovo unacceptable while calling for constructive dialogue with Serbia

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has condemned the recent violent outbreaks in Kosovo and called for the perpetrators to be brought to justice. Stoltenberg's visit to the Western Balkans reflects concerns over the region's stability, with fears that Russia could instigate trouble to divert attention from its actions in Ukraine. He has also urged Serbia and Kosovo to engage in dialogue to normalize relations and warned that refusal to compromise could jeopardize chances of joining the EU.
