Six remanded in custody over killing of French teenager

Six people, including two minors, have been remanded in custody in connection with the killing of a French teenager. The 16-year-old pupil, known as Thomas, was stabbed at a dance party in Crepol, France. Far-right politicians had blamed the attack on youths from immigrant backgrounds. The suspects, who deny stabbing anyone, have been placed under investigation for attempted murder and murder in an organised gang. The motive and details of the crime have yet to be fully established.
