Dozens arrested in pro-Palestinian protests at two major US airports

Pro-Palestinian protesters blocked morning traffic at Los Angeles International Airport and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport in coast-to-coast demonstrations that ended with dozens of arrests. Demonstrators became unruly at LAX, throwing a police officer to the ground and obstructing the road leading into the airport. At JFK Airport, protesters were arrested for disorderly conduct and impeding vehicular traffic. The protests were in opposition to Israeli military action in the Gaza Strip over the past 11 weeks.
