Natasha Ott was a 39-year-old woman who relatives said was healthy at the time of her death.

Ott worked at a New Orleans clinic for people with HIV-AIDS.

According to Business Insider, Ott had symptoms of COVID-19.

Nevertheless, she declined a test because her facility only had five available.

Eventually, Ott tested negative for the flu and used one of the coronavirus tests from her job.

However, told her boyfriend the results were delayed.
