Redding teen take Tik Tok by storm

A Redding teen is the latest internet sensation, making popular videos on the social media platform Tik Tok

People all over the world and turning ordinary, everyday folks into internet sensations& understand it or not, that is the reality of today's social media.

To try and make sense of it all& i caught up with a northern california teen now taking tik- tok by storm!

Tik tok& no& not the sound of a clock - it's the mobile app platform where anyone& can create quick, fun - sometimes bizzare, video content - dancing, singing, comedy - you name it& tik tok has it.

It also now has payton king.

((nats)) last august, the 19 year old shasta high graduate came onto the tik-tok scene - creating his wacky, creative and comedic video clips- and now& "i started making some funny comedy videos&i thought, why not just put a few of these on the app, i guess people started liking them, now i have 1.8 million followers."

((track)) what's the pay- off for grabbing the attention of millions of followers?

How about one of the biggest stars in country music -kane brown - including yo* as one of only four accounts he follows??

Or - wearing the label "tik tok" star&which can translate into social media agents interested in signing you to lucrative marketing deals.!!

"hopefully i'm be able to do movies, tv shows, and stand up comedy i don't want to limit myself to anything& king has been approached by several outlets looking to represent him.

He says nothing is finalized - yet - and needless to say he's excited about all the possibilities!!
