Numerous great white sharks have been spotted this week off the Massachusetts coast, including two sightings reported Wednesday which caused beaches to close as a precaution.

BEACH, WHERE SWIMMERS WEREORDERED OUT OF THE WATER EARLIERTODAY.RHONDELLA: IT IS BUSINESS ASUSUAL NOW, BUT JUST STANDING ATTHE WATER, I SPOTTED TWO SEALSAND THE BEACH.FURTHER DOWN, A BEACH RANGERCONFIRMED THAT THE GREAT WHITESHARK SIGHTING ON THE RESIDENTSECTION OF NAUSET BEACH.AS IS STANDARD PROCEDURE, ALL OFTHOUSAND BEACH CLOSED AND 9:30A.M.

AND REOPENED AN HOUR LATER.NO ONE WAS CLOSE TO THE SHARK,WHAT ABOUT LIFEGUARDS ON THEHEELS AND GAVE BEACHGOERS A GOODSTORY.
