Mystery sea creature swims alongside fishing boat

Fishermen were baffled when they saw a mysterious sea creature swimming alongside their boat in eastern Thailand.

Pramot Hongton said they saw the strange marine creature while sailing in Rayong, eastern Thailand during a night shift on July 21st.

He and his colleagues were tending to the boat when they saw something move on the water surface so they flashed a light to it.

He said: "I was quite confused about the fish.

I have never seen it before, and I have no idea about it.

It swam around for a while then went back down into the deep part of the sea.'' Pramot asked friends then appealed online for help identifying the bizarre marine species but nobody knew what it was.
