Experts have urgedcaution over Russia’s coronavirus vaccine claim, saying they have seen noevidence that suggests it is safe and effective.

President Vladimir Putin saidthat one of his daughters has already been inoculated.

Mr Putin emphasisedthat the vaccine underwent the necessary tests and has proven efficient,offering a lasting immunity from the coronavirus.
