Gold smuggling case: Congress, BJP stages protest against Minister KT Jaleel over his alleged involvement
The Kerala units of the Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stage protest in Thiruvananthapuram on September 09 night hours after Higher Education Minister KT Jaleel appeared before the Enforcement Directorate.
They demanded the resignation of Jaleel.
Police used water cannons to disperse BJP and Youth Congress workers.
They were demanding resignation of Kerala Minister KT Jaleel for his alleged involvement in gold smuggling case.
