The suspect wanted for allegedly driving a vehicle at a Baltimore County Police detective, which investigators said led to an officer-involved shooting will appear in court Friday.
Three people were arrested in the shooting death of Cleveland Police Detective James Skernivitz, investigators said two of the arrested were juveniles, ages 17 and 15.
