A group of parents have filed a lawsuit against the Lee County School Board regarding the mask mandate.

They are claiming the mandate is unconstitutional.

INJURIES.POLICE SAY THE DRIVER WAS NOTGOING THE SPEED LIMIT.A GROUP OF PARENTS WANTS TOBLOCK THE LEE COUNTY SCHOOLDISTRICT FROM MANDATING MASKS...AND THEY ARE TAKING THEM TOCOURT OVER IT.ACCORDING TO THEIR LAWSUIT...THE PARENTS CLAIM THE MASKMANDATE IS A VIOLATION OF THEIRCHILD’S RIGHTS....
