While speaking to media in Kolkata on March 02, West Bengal Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Dilip Ghosh spoke ahead of the West Bengal Assembly polls.

Ghosh said, "Core Committee discussed candidates for Phase 1 and 2 polls.

It will be declared soon.

We also reviewed the upcoming election rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Yogi Adityanath in the state."

Poll campaign has seen EC clamping down on several leaders for objectionable utterances. EC earlier barred Mamata from campaigning for 24 hours for remarks against central forces.

Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh attacked West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee over her dharna against EC's campaign ban.
