The female suspect who allegedly struck another woman with her vehicle outside a local middle school has turned herself in to police, according to officials.
Police say a 13-year-old middle schooler and a 15-year-old high schooler vandalized the middle school over the weekend. Then they joined two other students to attack the high school.
