Detroit Police Department Chief James White on Tuesday announced four reforms designed to eliminate corruption connected to the multimillion-dollar towing industry in the city.
The Greenville City Council on Monday approved a plan to move the Police Department and other agencies a building the city will purchase about three miles away.
