Russia committing 'act of genocide', says Ukrainian minister
In a joint press conference with Defence Secretary Ben Wallace, Ukrainian Minister of Defence Oleksii Reznikov said Russia's actions in Mariupol amount to "a real act of genocide".
He also said the Kremlin is guilty of "state terrorism" by fighting Ukrainian civilians.
