Labour leader accuses govt of being 'missing in action'
Sir Keir Starmer says it is "absolutely unforgivable" that the Government is "missing in action" during the cost-of-living crisis.
The Labour leader says his party has a "fully costed, comprehensive plan" to "freeze" energy prices in the winter, but accepts it will have to be reviewed in April 2023.

The Labour leader hailed the win by his party’s candidate David Skaith in the York and North Yorkshire mayoral election, an area he described as “the heart of Tory territory”. Appearing at Northallerton Town Football Club with new mayor Mr Skaith, Sir Keir said: “It’s an amazing moment in history, to have a Labour victory here.''
