Ukraine war: Very low chance Russia wil use nuclear weapons, says expert
"If you mean using nuclear weapons against Ukraine, then the probability is very, very low," said Nikolai Sokov, a senior fellow at the Vienna Centre for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation.
