Krystal Condit is a firm believer that through Christ anything is possible, even a self-taught and operated podcast.

The struggles behind physical and mental pain is something Krystal knows all too well.

Once she became cancer free and got mental control of her pain, she realized God was always with her.

Krystal said 'during my struggles and fears, he was instilling in me peace, strength and compassion.

I couldn’t help but think that I can’t be the only one thinking and feeling this way, and that the time is now to talk openly about what God is doing for me and others.' I created Through and Threw Podcast October of 2021.

The Through is, through Christ we can come out of the pain and darkness that we carry.

The Threw is that it’s time to give Christ all the junk that was left behind to move forward.
