Sturgeon: Teachers' pay offer is fair given constraints
Nicola Sturgeon says the wage increase offered to teachers is "fair" given the "constraints" the government is working within where "funding is finite and not unlimited".
The Scottish First Minister says, if accepted, teachers would see a 20 percent pay increase compared to 2018, after secondary school teachers announced strike dates for January.
Nicola Sturgeon also calls on the UK government to "get round the table" with rail workers and NHS workers to resolve pay dispute issues.
