'Save Russians from Russian money': new draft law will prohibit Russians who work abroad

President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has instructed the Federal Security Service to intensify border surveillance to prevent the risk of foreign spies entering the country.

At the same time, the pro-presidential party, 'United Russia', has prepared a draft law that prohibits Russians, who had left, from working remotely in some specialities.

Their list is to be determined later by the government.

'United Russia' believes that such legislation is primarily 'security' and not discrimination against Russian citizens.

What specialities are discussed in the new bill, and how many Russians have left the country from July to September this year, according to the Russian Federal Security Service
