Palestinian man dies in Israeli prison after 87-day hunger strike
Khader Adnan, a 45-year-old senior member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, which opposes peace between Palestine and Israel, has died in an Israeli prison after an 87-day hunger strike.
The death has prompted a fierce reaction from the PIJ Movement, while Israel has excused itself from any responsibility in the matter.
