Standing beside top officials and his daughter, Kim called Putin his âclosest friendâ and condemned the rise of âneo-Nazismâ in Europe. He accused Ukrainian forces of invading Russia and confirmed that DPRK troops helped defend the Kursk region. Under a 2024 treaty with Russia, Kim warned that North Korea may intervene again militarily if Western-backed assaults continue.
