'They pulled us into a ravine': Russian journalist recalls being beaten in Chechnya

Images released by Russian human rights group, Crew Against Torture, show investigative journalist Elena Milashina recounting being beaten by armed assailants during a trip to Chechnya.

Seen sitting on a hospital bed with her head shaved and covered in a green-coloured dye used to target Kremlin critics, Milashina says that the assailants "pulled us into some ravine and started beating us."
