Maharashtra bus accident: 6 casualties, 25 injured after 2 buses collide in Buldhana | Oneindia News
Two luxury travel buses collided on NH 6 in Maharashtra's Buldhana district on Saturday morning.
Reports said that as many as six people, including two women, died and 25 were injured.
A police official said that the accident occurred around 2.30 am on a flyover in Malkapur town in the district.
According to reports, the condition of four to five people is said to be critical.
A senior police official said that the accident happened when one bus, going to Hingoli on the Amarnath pilgrimage, collided with another bus going towards Nashik.
He further said that the bus going towards Nashik tried to overtake a truck and ended up coming in front of the second bus.
