Atlantic storm Lee made landfall at near-hurricane strength on Saturday (local time) in Nova Scotia, Canada, after bringing destructive winds, rough surf and torrential rains to a large swath of New England and Maritime Canada that toppled trees, swamped coastlines and cut power to tens of thousands.
One person was killed in Maine when a tree limb fell on his vehicle.
Rehabilitated sea turtles released back into Atlantic Ocean off Florida
After recovering from cold-stunning in New England, 19 sea turtles were released back into the Atlantic Ocean off Jacksonville, Florida, with help from Turtles Fly Too.
