Education minister, Robert Halfon says that it is a “very nervous time for British Jews,” as he states that anti-Semitic attacks at universities have increased by over 400% since the onset of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
Mr Halfon adds that it is “vital that any extremist activity is dealt with,” and claims that the police have a wide range of powers to deal with such hostility.
