Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said "it's right that we remember these 52 people whose lives were cut short".

"We honour the survivors and trhe bereaved but also we should pay tribute to the emergency services and transport workers - those heroic ordinary Londoners who ran towards danger," Mr Khan added.
