Hungary has sounded the alarm after Ukrainian forces struck the Druzhba oil pipeline once again, cutting off vital Russian oil supplies to the country.

Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto revealed that this was the third attack in a short period, accusing Kyiv of trying to drag Hungary into the ongoing war.

He condemned the strike as “another attack on our energy security,” while stressing that Hungary would not be forced into the conflict.

Earlier this week, Ukraine’s drone strikes damaged the same pipeline, disrupting oil deliveries for two days and forcing Russian specialists to carry out urgent repairs.

Hungary described the attacks as “outrageous and unacceptable” and hinted at retaliatory measures, including halting electricity exports to Ukraine.

The latest strike underscores the growing danger of critical infrastructure being targeted as the war escalates, fueling fears of wider regional instability and testing Europe’s fragile energy security.
