Fearing note ban, Nepal bizmen refuse to accept Indian currency

Nepalese businessmen have stopped accepting Indian currency notes for business transactions, including at petrol pumps where they have put up notices that only Nepalese currency will be accepted. The Nepal central bank banned Indian currency notes of Rs 200 and above in January 2019.
