Bihar scribe's murder planned in jails, 4 held

Vimal (35), who worked for a Hindi daily, was the sole witness in the killing of brother Gabbu Yadav, a panchayat sarpanch. Vimal had refused to withdraw the case despite threats from the jailed criminals.
