Nitish Katara murder: Supreme Court to hear on October 3 convict Vikas Yadav's plea on remission issue

IndiaTimes Tuesday, 29 August 2023

Yadav is questioning the denial of remission benefit to him. He argues that the right to remission is protected under Article 21 of the Constitution and cannot be restricted by judicial pronouncements.
