Tuesday, 12 September 2023 Veteran BJP leader B S Yediyurappa has stated that PM Modi, Union home minister Amit Shah, and central leadership of the BJP will decide on whether the party will join hands with JD(S) in Karnataka for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. Yediyurappa mentioned that he will discuss the political situation in the state and seek suggestions during his visit to Delhi. However, JD(S) leader H D Kumaraswamy said discussions on the BJP-JD(S) alliance for the Lok Sabha polls are in the initial phase.
