Delhi: How three terror suspects engineered nefarious plan using tech know-how

The Delhi Police's Special Cell has arrested Mohammed Shahnawaz Alam, a mining engineer, for suspected terror activities. He is skilled in creating IEDs using ordinary chemicals and has extensive knowledge of explosives. His associate, Arshad Warsi, is also highly educated and works as a physics teacher. The module members were in contact with a foreign handler claiming to be from the Islamic State and had scouted potential areas for planting IEDs and carrying out target killings.
