'Drug money laundering': ED raids Mohali AAP MLA's house
Tuesday, 31 October 2023 The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at the house, office, and business premises of Mohali AAP MLA Kulwant Singh in an alleged drug money laundering case. Singh was not present during the raid, but his sons were questioned. The ED also searched the MLA's chartered accountant's office in Chandigarh and a house in Amritsar. The MLA's link to a drug cartel's money used in real estate was discovered after the arrest of a drug lord last year. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was also recently summoned by the ED in a separate case.
