After resigning from the 'mahagathbandhan,' Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for an unprecedented ninth term. He subsequently formed a new government with the BJP. The swearing-in ceremony also included deputy chief ministers Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha, along with the induction of six other cabinet ministers.
