Won't interfere with HC order on Chandrababu Naidu's pre-arrest bail: SC

Supreme Court on Monday refused to interfere with Andhra Pradesh HC's order granting anticipatory bail to TDP leader and former CM of the state, M Chandrababu Naidu, in the Inner Ring Road alignment case.A bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta dismissed the plea of Andhra Pradesh government against the Jan 10 HC order to seek cancellation of pre-arrest bail. The court, however, clarified that observations made in the order will not affect the investigations.
