Delhi's temperature remains below 40 degrees due to western disturbances. Safdarjung saw nine heatwave days in 2022. IMD defines a heatwave as 4.5 degrees above normal, with severe heatwave at 6.5 degrees above. Heatwave unlikely in Delhi next week.
