Rajasthan moves SC to prevent closure of 23,000 mines

IndiaTimes Friday, 8 November 2024

The closure, ordered by the National Green Tribunal, is due to a lack of reappraisal by state environmental authorities. The state government argues that the closures will lead to unemployment and economic disruption.
