'Speak Kannada’: Spaniard’s SOS to police cut short after burglary at Bengaluru flat

A Spaniard attempted to report a burglary in his Bengaluru flat through the 112 helpline but was asked to speak in Kannada before the call ended. He remained confined in his room for six hours, and thieves stole valuables worth Rs 82,000. Police are investigating with available CCTV footage.
